The Achievement Process is part of the UK-based Achievement Network. It was introduced to South Africa 24 years ago by Steve Woods.

We provide a hands-on consulting service to small and medium sized businesses. This work involves helping individuals and teams to improve performance by solving problems and getting more things right, first time, more often.

In their book, Analysing Performance Problems, Mager and Pipe make a distinction between performance problems caused by incapacity versus those caused by a lack of motivation.

This distinction is central to our approach.
